Metabolic Balance Customers & Metabolic Balance Program
Please be advised that Holistic Revival Inc. only accept refunds for the Metabolic Balance Program if the Metabolic Balance Medical Doctor decides that the customer is not apt for the Metabolic Balance Program. In this case, please be aware that a partial refund of your purchase will be released. Holistic Revival Inc. will keep and deduct any necessary fees to cover blood work, including time spent with a Metabolic Balance customer, from the total pay toward the Metabolic Balance Program.

Returned items must be in unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping fees.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
